The developer didn't put much thought into the game. There are areas that the developer should've polished properly but didn't bother fixing. In the beginning, when exiting the room, there are no instructions on what to do. You basically have to guess in picking up random items in the room. All you see is symbols which doesn't mean anything to players. There is nothing in the options menu to show items you pick up. It is basically pure guess work before figuring out how to leave this "escape room". Hell, maybe it's a nod to escape room. The room is a puzzle, itself. The quick fix could easily be putting up a dialogue stating, "I can't leave until I get all the items I need".Speaking of text, a lot of the dialogue gets cut off before yo have the chance to finish reading them. I begin to wonder if the developer does beta testing on this game before shipping it out.Another part is the cabin which is pitch black. Since the flash light doesn't work, it is hard to see anything in the cabin. I would have to rely on a fourth wall such as brightening up the screen in order to see anything. What a joke! With that in mind, now the dark tone and mood changes. On a couple of occasions, I ended up getting stuck on the walls. At this point, I literally gave up on the game. I didn't want to slog through this slo-mo game. Too many issues made it unplayable and unbearable. There are other issues including slow moving, no jumping. Not entirely a big deal, but it feels slow. Another is no save point, but that's okay since the game is short and there are chapters to open. The graphics are what you expect for the game engine you use, so no opinion there. The developer seems to put emphasis on the broader concept of the post-apocalyptic world. The problem is, the detail work is a mess. This leaves the players confused, frustrated, and bored playing this game. The developer needs to start working on polishing his games more before creating a new one. At the moment, all I see is another cash grab, a rushed game just to grab a few bucks.
